The Tiger Hills is the highest peak in Darjeeling and offers a splendid view of the Kanchenjunga and Mt. Everest. It is known worldwide for its toy train Gangtok, the capital as well as the largest city in Sikkim, is a dream destination with towering snow mountains, mesmerizing natural views, numerous monasteries and host of adventure and activities that will keep the tourists busy. It is a garden state lying at the foot of the Kanchenjunga Mountains. Rich with thick green forests, Sikkim abounds in birds and butterflies, varieties of orchids, rhododendrons, wild flowers and has magnificent view of the Himalayas.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Darjeeling

On arrival at NJP Station /BAGDOGRA , you will meet our representative and your journey of Darjeeling and Gangtok begin, later proceed to your hotel in Darjeeling. On arrival, check into your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2 Darjeeling

Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

In the morning first enjoy breakfast, second full-day local sightseeing tour of Darjeeling, go for a half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Gangtok

Rumtek Monastery Ganesh Tok

After breakfast transfer to Gangtok, check in your hotel later full-day local sightseeing tour of Gangtok. The Days sightseeing itinerary includes Do-Drul-Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Gangtok Ropeway, Namgyal Memorial Park, Flower Show, Shanti View Point, Rumtek Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Handicrafts Centre, Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point. Overnight in hotel.

Day 4 Gangtok

Tsongmo Lake

After having breakfast, TRIP TO CHANGU LAKE/BABA MANDIR /NATHULA PASS. Tsongmo Lake or Changu Lake is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim, India. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Nathu La is one of the three open trading border posts between China and India. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5 Departure
