The Jeep route may vary depending on accessibility and safety conditions on the day of the tour.
Hotel Pick-up & Drop-off
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are available for accommodations within the agreed service area.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the agreed time.
Tour Duration & Start Time
The tour duration depends on your selected itinerary and may vary according to road and weather conditions.
For sunrise tours, the pickup and Jeep start time will be arranged in advance based on the desired sunrise experience.
Please be punctual, as delays may affect the overall itinerary and sunrise viewing opportunity.
Jeep Capacity & Safety
Each Jeep is intended for the maximum number of passengers specified for the selected package.
For safety reasons, passengers must remain seated while the Jeep is moving and follow the driver’s instructions.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Child seats may not be available in the Jeep.
Entrance Fees & Activities
Unless otherwise stated, entrance tickets, attraction fees, meals, and optional activities are not included in the tour price.
Any additional activities or entrance fees selected by guests are payable separately.
Weather & Sunrise Conditions
Sunrise visibility is dependent on weather and atmospheric conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
The Jeep route or itinerary may be adjusted due to heavy rain, poor visibility, volcanic ash, road conditions, or other safety concerns.
If weather or safety conditions make part of the itinerary inaccessible, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
Health & Safety
Jeep tours involve uneven roads, rough terrain, dust, and outdoor conditions. Guests should consider their physical condition before participating.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

At AKASA, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team.

Free Cancellation
Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

No-Show
Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Booking Changes
Requests to change the tour date or itinerary are subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Weather & Operational Conditions
If AKASA needs to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

An alternative tour date;
An alternative tour of equal value; or
A full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
