The itinerary is flexible and can be customized based on your interests, available time, weather conditions, and traffic.
Hotel Pick-up & Drop-off
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are available for accommodations located in Gianyar, Denpasar, Badung, and Ubud.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
Tour Duration
The tour duration is approximately 8–10 hours, depending on your selected itinerary and traffic conditions.
Entrance Fees & Meals
Unless otherwise stated, entrance tickets, meals, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included in the tour price.
Child Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

At AKASA, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our team.

Free Cancellation
Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

No-Show
Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Booking Changes
Requests to change the tour date or itinerary are subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Weather & Operational Conditions
If AKASA needs to cancel or reschedule a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

An alternative tour date;
An alternative tour of equal value; or
A full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
