    In the morning, you will take a flight from Addis Ababa to Jimma. Upon arrival, continue your journey to Chebera Churchura National Park, one of Ethiopia’s most pristine and least explored wildlife destinations. The park is renowned for its diverse landscapes, including rivers, streams, crater lakes, forests, and rolling hills that provide a rich habitat for a wide variety of wildlife.
    Wildlife highlights include:
    • African elephants — one of the best places in Ethiopia to observe them
    • Other large mammals such as Cape buffalo, hippos, lions, and leopards

  • Day 5 Dorze Village & Nechisar National Park

  • Day 6 : Arba Minch – Konso – Turmi

  • Day 7 Turmi – Omorate – Dassanech Tribe Experience

    Today, travel south to Omorate, where you will cross the Omo River by traditional wooden canoe to visit the Dassanech people.
    The Dassanech are known for their resilience and adaptation to the harsh riverine environment of the Lower Omo Valley. After returning to Turmi, spend time with the Hamar community, observing daily village life and cultural traditions.
    In the evening, enjoy the vibrant Evangadi dance ceremony. If available, you may also witness the famous Hamar bull-jumping ceremony, an important rite of passage for young men.

    After lunch in Turmi, continue your drive to Jinka.

  • Day 9 Mago National Park & Mursi Tribe – Fly To Addis Ababa

    Depart early for Mago National Park to visit the Mursi people, one of Ethiopia’s most iconic ethnic groups, known for the traditional lip plates worn by women.
    The Mursi are nomadic agro-pastoralists who move seasonally in search of fresh grazing and farming areas. This visit offers a rare opportunity for meaningful cultural interaction before returning to Jinka.
    Later, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa.

    Along the route, admire vast lava fields, rocky desert scenery, sand formations, and occasional palm-lined oases. Visit Ahmed Ella village to observe the daily life and traditions of the Afar people.

  • Day 13 Dallol & Erta Ale Volcano

    Continue to Dallol, one of the most surreal landscapes on Earth, famous for its colorful geothermal formations, mineral deposits, bubbling springs, and extreme desert environment located below sea level.
    After lunch in Ahmed Ella, proceed to Erta Ale, one of the world’s few continuously active lava lake volcanoes. The evening trek offers a dramatic opportunity to witness glowing molten lava under the night sky.

    After lunch, continue to Semera Airport for your return flight to Addis Ababa.
    In the evening, enjoy a traditional farewell dinner featuring Ethiopian cuisine, music, and cultural performances before your international departure.
