Tiger Hill sunrise is subject to weather conditions and permit availability; no refund will be applicable if cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
The vehicle will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis, not on disposal.
No refund for any unutilized services or sightseeing due to late arrival, early departure, or personal reasons.
Hotels mentioned are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided.
AC will not operate in hilly areas for safety reasons.
Guests are advised to carry valid photo ID proof during travel.
The company is not responsible for loss of belongings, injuries, or accidents during the tour.
Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, road conditions, strikes, or political unrest shall be borne by the guest.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to local jurisdiction only.
Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment as per company policy.

Payment Terms & Methods :

* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
