2.1 The services required by Party B (Sender/clients) can be held confirmed by Party A (Provider of services) if Party B already gave the rooming list and statement of the hold confirmation at least 6 months prior to the arrival date of the clients.
2.2 When Party A holds the confirmation, the services required by Party B are confirmed, so that Party B should pay the first deposit payment of 50% from the Grand Total invoice.
2.3 The The final balance payment would be paid by thety B at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
2.4 If the guest cancelled, all down payment deposits cannot be refunded.
2.5 35-30 Days: Cancellation can be used as the voucher for the next booking.
2.6 The payment of the tour package services would be done by party B through bank wire transfer into the beneficiary bank account of party A in Indonesia or by credit card through the gate payment links.
2.7 Other’s points agreement that didn’t mention this agreement would be negotiated by both parties

CANCELATION POLICY
• 30-25 Days before the arrival: A 50% cancellation fee applies in addition to any fees from the supplier or vendors.
• 21-14 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee applied
• 14-7 Days before arrival 80% cancellation fee applied
• 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the cost will be charged
