As a Tour Operator, we apply for "Tourist Visas" and will take 04 - 08 working Days {Fridays & Saturdays are Holidays for Dubai Immigration Department}
Ok To Board Charges as per below will be additionally invoiced to the total package amount;

a) AED 22 (USD 8) per VISA for the guests travelling with Air Arabia, Sri Lankan Airways, Indigo, Air India, Air India Express & Spice Jet Airlines

b) AED 27 (USD 9) Per VISA if the guests are travelling by Fly Dubai, Al Jazeera Airlines & Oman Airlines.

Tour Operator should collect the copy of Exit Stamp Page from each guests´ passport and to send it across to Orient Tour within 14 days after the departure of the guests.
In order to proceed with the Visa Application, the Passport Copies/Photographs must be in JPG Format. Please send the attachments in ".jpeg" format only.
Visas are applied subject to approval of Internal Visa and Documentation Department. Visas are issued under the sole discretion of the Immigration Department.

100% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
