Early morning departure along the Nairobi–Mombasa highway into Tsavo East National Park. Entry into Tsavo East brings immediate game viewing as wildlife often roams near the park gate. The afternoon game drive focuses on red elephants dusting themselves in iron rich soil, sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras and buffalo, and exploration of the Galana River and open savannah landscapes. The day concludes with overnight accommodation in a lodge or tented camp inside or near Tsavo East.

A full day dedicated to wildlife viewing and exploration within Tsavo East. Highlights include natural and geological attractions such as Lugard Falls on the Galana River and the Yatta Plateau, the worlds longest lava flow. The day offers opportunities to observe large elephant herds and to track predators. Evening relaxation at the lodge is available with an optional sunset game drive.

After breakfast there is a transfer from Tsavo East to Tsavo West, approximately a 3 to 4 hour drive. The afternoon game drive in Tsavo West explores dramatic volcanic terrain such as the Shetani Lava Flows, visits the Rhino Sanctuary in the Ngulia area, and observes scenic rocky hills and denser vegetation. Tsavo West presents a more dramatic and rugged landscape compared to Tsavo East.

A full day immersion in Tsavo West's diverse ecosystems with highlights such as Mzima Springs featuring crystal clear water and resident hippos and crocodiles, panoramic views of the Chyulu Hills, and extensive big game spotting including elephants, lions, leopards and buffalo. Optional guided nature walks may be available depending on lodge policy.

Final early morning game drive followed by breakfast and departure from the park. This last exit from the park provides a final chance to spot predators and other wildlife before returning to Nairobi or Mombasa or onward to coastal beach destinations.
