Arrive early in Nairobi, meet your representative, and drive to Lake Nakuru via the scenic Rift Valley Viewpoint. Day 2 Into The Heart Of The Mara

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Booking & Confirmation
All tour packages and services are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
The quoted package price includes applicable government taxes at the time of quotation. Any increase in taxes, park fees, or supplier charges may be applicable at the time of final booking.
Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and written confirmation from Abhisha Luxe Travels.
Once the booking is confirmed, an invoice will be issued and payments must be made as per the payment schedule to secure the services.
Hotel rooms and services are subject to availability. In case the quoted room category is not available at the time of confirmation, an alternative category or hotel of similar standard will be offered with applicable price difference.
Amendments & Changes
Any amendments such as change of travel dates, hotel changes, or reduction in nights are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Changes requested close to the travel date may be treated as cancellation and cancellation charges may apply.
Responsibility
Abhisha Luxe Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and activity providers.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, accident, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passport, visas, travel insurance, and required travel documents.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, airline disruptions, political situations, or government restrictions, Abhisha Luxe Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary, reschedule services, or offer suitable alternatives.
Important Note
Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be provided for unused services.
Government taxes, park fees, and surcharges are subject to change and will be applicable if revised.

Payment Terms & Methods :

A non-refundable advance of ₹50,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
Standard Travel Period
25% of total package cost within 7 days of booking
25% payment 45 days before travel
Balance 50% payment 30 days before travel

Peak / Festive Travel Period
25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days of booking
50% payment 75 days before travel
Balance 25% payment 60 days before travel

For bookings made within 30 days (standard season) or 60 days (peak season), full payment will be required at the time of confirmation.
Certain services such as flights, park fees, permits, cruise bookings, or special activities may require full advance payment and may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
