After arriving at Paro International Airport, our representative Guide and Driver will greet you and your journey begins with a one-hour drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital. At an altitude of 7,700 ft (2,200 meters), Thimphu lies in a steep valley and is the only city in the world without a single traffic light.
You will be having a free and relaxing time back in hotel as you need to get your self-acclimatized.

Visit the 52-meter Buddha Dordenma Statue in Thimphu, step inside and discover the 1,25,000 smaller buddhas.
Memorial Stupa (Stupa which was built in the memory of our Third King who is also known as Father of Modern Bhutan)
View point of King’s Palace, Thimphu Fortress and in evening you can scroll down towards the Thimphu town.
For Lunch if you are interested in exploring Bhutanese Authentic Food then make a visit to Babesa Village Restaurant or Folk Heritage Restaurant.
Visit Simply Bhutan Museum, Textile Museum, Paper Factory and have a leisure time in town.

Start your day early with breakfast in Thimphu before embarking on the scenic drive to Punakha, the ancient capital of Bhutan. The journey to Punakha covers a distance of approximately 75 kilometres. Expect the drive to take about 3 to 4 hours, depending on weather conditions and stops along the way.
One of the highlights of the drive is crossing the Dochula Pass, situated at an altitude of 3,100 meters. On a clear day, the pass offers panoramic views of the Himalayan Mountain range, including Bhutan's highest peak, Gangkhar Puensum. The 108 chortens (stupas) at Dochula Pass are a sight to behold, symbolizing peace and harmony.
Spend the afternoon visiting Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan's most beautiful and important dzongs. Located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers, the dzong serves as a testament to Bhutanese architectural and artistic traditions. Also visit country’s longest Suspension Bridge and take a hike through the rice field to Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple)

This morning re-trace your steps to Paro on the East-West Highway. Along the way, visit the three stupas at Chuzom Bridge featuring distinct Bhutanese, Tibetan and Nepali style architecture.
Rinpung Dzong greets you on your arrival into Paro town. Visit the fortress before crossing Nyamai Zampa, a traditional cantilevered bridge. Stop at the Paro National Museum, displaying a collection of fascinating Bhutanese relics.

One of the most significant monasteries in Bhutan, a hike to Taktsang Goemba, better known as Tiger’s Nest, is an iconic pilgrimage for visitors to the Kingdom. Your guide will delight you with stories of Guru Rinpoche, an 8th century Tibetan saint who arrived on the spot where the monastery is located on the back of a flying tigress, bringing Buddhism to the region. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way.
Along the way before Paro town, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, a 7th-century temple nearby with two magical orange trees that bear fruit throughout the year.
