Standard hotel check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (may vary by hotel).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges
The sequence of sightseeing and tours may be modified due to weather conditions, traffic, ferry schedules, or local authority regulations without affecting the overall tour.
Guests are requested to report at the designated pickup point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for all SIC tours and transfers.
Missed tours or transfers due to late arrival will be treated as No Show and are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation included in the package.

Passport & Travel Documents
Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return.
Guests must carry their original passport and travel documents throughout the journey.

Flights & Baggage

Ferry & Island Transfers
Ferry timings between Phuket, Phi Phi Island, and Krabi are subject to sea conditions and weather
During rough sea conditions, ferry services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the port authorities
Guests should carry a small overnight bag while travelling by ferry, if required.
Large luggage handling at Phi Phi Island may involve short walking distances from the pier to the hotel.
