Day 1 Arrival In Almaty

Arrival at Almaty International Airport. Meet and greet by the local representative. Transfer to the hotel by private vehicle. Check-in at the hotel and complete formalities. Rest and relax after the journey. Evening free at leisure to explore the surroundings of the hotel on your own. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 2 Almaty City Tour + Gorky Park

Panfilov Park

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a full-day Almaty City Tour. Visit Panfilov Park, one of the city's most popular green spaces. Visit Zenkov Cathedral, a beautiful historic wooden Orthodox cathedral. Explore the Memorial of Glory & Eternal Flame. Visit Republic Square, the main central square of Almaty. Drive past the Independence Monument. Visit Palace of the Republic and other prominent city landmarks. Continue towards Arbat Street, a lively pedestrian area with shops, cafe s and local street atmosphere. Visit Gorky Central Park, one of Almaty's popular recreational areas. Enjoy free time in the park for walking and photographs. Later, return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 3 Medeo & Shymbulak Tour By Cable Car

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed towards the scenic mountains surrounding Almaty. Visit Medeu, the famous high-altitude skating rink and mountain recreation area. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Continue towards Shymbulak Ski Resort. Take the cable car from Medeu towards Shymbulak. Enjoy spectacular mountain views during the cable-car ride. Explore Shymbulak Resort and enjoy free time for photographs and leisure. Take in the alpine scenery and mountain atmosphere. Later, descend by cable car and return to Almaty. Transfer back to the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 4 Shopping Tour + Kok-tobe Hill

Breakfast at the hotel. Start the day with a shopping tour in Almaty. Visit popular shopping areas and local markets/malls. Free time to shop for souvenirs, local products, chocolates, handicrafts and other items. Later, proceed towards Kok-Tobe Hill, one of Almaty's most popular viewpoints. Take the Kok-Tobe cable car (subject to operating conditions) to the hilltop. Enjoy panoramic views of Almaty city and the surrounding mountains. Explore the hilltop attractions and take photographs. Free time at Kok-Tobe for leisure. Later, descend and return to the city. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 5 Charyn Canyon + Kolsai Lake

Early breakfast / packed breakfast at the hotel. Depart early morning for an exciting excursion outside Almaty. Drive towards Charyn Canyon, one of Kazakhstan's most spectacular natural attractions. Explore the famous Valley of Castles, known for its impressive rock formations and canyon walls. Enjoy time for photography and walking through the canyon. Continue towards the scenic Kolsai Lakes region. Visit Kolsai Lake, surrounded by mountains and coniferous forests. Enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings and scenic views. Free time for photography and relaxation. Later, begin the return journey towards Almaty. Arrive in Almaty in the evening/night, depending on road and sightseeing conditions. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Almaty. Note: This is a long excursion day. Actual timings may vary depending on road conditions, weather, and time spent at Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lake.

Day 6 Almasaran Gorge Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a scenic excursion to Almasaran Gorge, located in the picturesque mountains near Almaty. Enjoy the drive through the surrounding mountain landscapes. Explore the gorge and its natural surroundings. Enjoy a leisurely walk amidst the beautiful scenery. Spend time taking photographs and enjoying the fresh mountain atmosphere. Free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Later, return towards Almaty. Evening free at leisure for personal activities or optional shopping. Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 7 Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel as per the hotel policy. Meet the driver/representative in the hotel lobby. Transfer to Almaty International Airport according to the flight departure time. Assistance at the airport for departure formalities. Board your flight with wonderful memories of Kazakhstan.

Standard hotel check-in time is generally 14:00–15:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00–12:00 hrs, unless otherwise specified.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Room allocation is subject to the hotel's standard check-in procedures.
PASSPORT & VISA
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel with sufficient blank pages.
Guests should carry a copy of their passport, visa and other important travel documents.

Sightseeing and transfers will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
Reporting times must be strictly followed to avoid delays or missed services.
The sightseeing sequence may be changed due to weather, traffic, local conditions or operational reasons.
Entrance tickets are included only where specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Guests are advised to carry comfortable walking shoes for outdoor excursions.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Weather in Kazakhstan can vary significantly depending on the season and destination.
Mountain areas such as Medeu, Shymbulak and Kolsai may experience cooler temperatures than Almaty.
Outdoor activities, cable-car operations and sightseeing may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
Guests are advised to carry appropriate seasonal clothing and comfortable footwear.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Optional tours, activities, attractions and experiences not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package cost.
Such activities can be arranged subject to availability and will be charged separately.
Participation in optional activities is entirely at the guest's discretion.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary and vehicle category.
Vehicle availability and type may vary depending on group size and local operating conditions.
Guests are requested to be punctual at all designated pickup and drop-off points.
Seat allocation, where applicable, will be as per the local operator's arrangement.
CURRENCY
The official currency of Kazakhstan is the Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT).
Guests are advised to carry some local currency for personal expenses and small purchases.
International cards may be accepted at major hotels, shopping malls and restaurants, but may not be accepted everywhere.
Currency exchange should preferably be done through authorised exchange centres or banks.
TIME ZONE
Kazakhstan operates on UTC+5.
Kazakhstan is 30 minutes behind Indian Standard Time (IST).
Guests should keep the local time in mind when following sightseeing and transfer schedules.
CONNECTIVITY

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, flights, transportation, and other travel services.
PAYMENT POLICY
Booking amount: As per the confirmed quotation.
Balance payment must be cleared before the travel date as advised by Abhisha Luxe Travels.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation.
HOTEL POLICY
Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In the event of non-availability, hotels of a similar category will be provided.
Hotel classifications are based on local standards and may differ from international ratings.
TOUR ITINERARY
The itinerary is planned in the best possible manner; however, the sequence of sightseeing may be changed due to operational requirements without affecting the overall tour experience.
FLIGHTS
Flight schedules and baggage policies are governed by the respective airline.
Any additional baggage, seat selection, meals, or airline services not included in the package shall be payable directly by the guest.
TRANSFERS & TOURS
Guests who fail to report on time for transfers or sightseeing tours shall be treated as a "No Show," and no refund will be applicable.
Shared transfers operate on fixed timings and routes.
AMENDMENT POLICY
Any amendments requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
Abhisha Luxe Travels shall not be liable for any loss, additional expenses, or changes arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, airline operational issues, or government regulations.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Guests are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, travel insurance, flight tickets, and any other documents required by immigration authorities.
Any loss due to insufficient or incorrect travel documentation shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller.
LIABILITY
Abhisha Luxe Travels acts only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport companies, and local tour operators.
We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
ACCEPTANCE
Confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions by the traveller.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

A minimum 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date, or as per the payment deadline communicated by Abhisha Luxe Travels.

For bookings made within 20 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Hotel bookings, flight tickets, cruises, rail tickets, visas, and other services are subject to availability until the required payment is received.

Certain services such as flight tickets, visas, cruises, attraction tickets, and special event bookings may require full payment at the time of booking and may be non-refundable.

Any increase in airfare, taxes, fuel surcharge, hotel rates, government taxes, or foreign exchange fluctuations before final payment shall be borne by the guest.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card (processing charges, if applicable), or other approved payment methods.

Booking confirmation and travel documents will be issued only after receipt of the applicable payment.

Delayed or incomplete payments may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.

All payments shall be made in accordance with the invoice issued by Abhisha Luxe Travels.

By making the payment, the traveller acknowledges and accepts the Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy of Abhisha Luxe Travels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the booking confirmation or supplier policy.

Visa fees, processing charges, flight cancellation charges, and other non-refundable services are non-refundable.
