Standard hotel check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (may vary by hotel).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
The sequence of sightseeing and tours may be modified due to weather conditions, traffic, ferry schedules, or local authority regulations without affecting the overall tour.
Guests are requested to report at the designated pickup point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for all SIC tours and transfers.
Missed tours or transfers due to late arrival will be treated as No Show and are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation included in the package.
Private transfers are point-to-point services only unless otherwise specified.
SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours may include multiple hotel pickups and drop-offs.
PASSPORT & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return.
Guests must carry their original passport and travel documents throughout the journey.
It is the guest's responsibility to ensure all required visas, permits, and travel documents are obtained before departure.

FLIGHTS & BAGGAGE

FERRY & ISLAND TRANSFERS

PASSPORT, VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Guests must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
Obtaining a valid visa and ensuring all travel documents are in order is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Abhisha Luxe Travels shall not be held responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional documentation requested by the respective embassy or immigration authorities.

Meals missed due to late arrival or personal reasons are non-refundable.
UNUSED SERVICES
No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance tickets, or other services included in the package.
Any changes requested during the tour may incur additional charges.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all international travel.
It is advisable to obtain coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, personal liability, and travel delays.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their luggage, valuables, passports, cash, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are expected to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination.
Any fines, penalties, damages, or legal consequences arising from misconduct shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding all travel documents throughout the journey.
LIABILITY
Abhisha Luxe Travels acts only as an intermediary between guests and airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, sightseeing operators, and other service providers.
We shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, death, property loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.
PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE
Confirmation of the booking and payment of the package amount shall be deemed as acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India.
