Booking & Payment
Initial advance is mandatory to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be cleared as per the deadline shared at the time of confirmation.
Visa & Documentation
UAE visa processing is subject to approval by immigration authorities.
The agency is not responsible for visa rejection under any circumstances.
Hotel Policy
Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs
Standard check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and extra charges.
Transportation & Tours
All transfers & tours are on SIC / PVT basis as mentioned in the package.
Waiting time for SIC transfers is limited; guests must be on time at the designated pick-up point.

Passport Validity
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Visa
UAE visa is mandatory (unless eligible for visa-on-arrival). Ensure visa approval before departure.
Check-in / Check-out
Standard check-in time at hotels is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability & extra cost.
