Payment Terms & Methods :
Flight Booking: 100% payment for flight tickets is required at the time of booking before ticket issuance.
Booking Advance: 30% of the total package cost is payable at the time of booking.
Visa: Applicable visa fees and processing charges must be paid before visa application submission.
Second Payment: 30% of the package cost is payable 30 days before departure.
Final Payment: Remaining 40% must be paid 15 days before departure.
Bookings Within 20 Days: 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Cruise & Non-Refundable Services: Any cruise, hotel, attraction or other service requiring advance/full payment must be paid as per the supplier's deadline.
Late Payment: Failure to pay by the specified deadline may result in cancellation, loss of availability or additional charges.
Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be provided within 24–48 working hours after receipt and verification of the required payment, subject to availability and confirmation from the respective suppliers.
Payment Confirmation: Services will be confirmed/issued only after successful receipt of the applicable payment.
Non-Refundable Services: Once issued or confirmed, flights, visas, cruise bookings, attraction tickets and certain hotels may be non-refundable/non-changeable as per supplier policy.
Acceptance: Payment of the booking amount confirms acceptance of the Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions of Abhisha Luxe Travels.
