  Its a great team working under Umang Tour and travel. i recently had booked a family tour package with them and had a great experience. Honestly saying that the way "TASLEEMA JI" the employee in agency motivated me by describing the island was so attractive that i dropped all other choices and went Andoman Nicoibar. And what she had promised i found all true. Beside MOHIT JI and other staff were great when i met them in my single meeting at their office. Hotels and resorts provided were great, gave me and my family full relaxed time. Cabs were maintained mostly in port blair and in Havelock however in neil a bit is to be done more in cab Services . The drivers all along were quick, helpful and friendly. I WISH THEM GREAT TIME AHEAD AND IF ANY ONE EVER ASKED ME TO SUGGEST THE HOLIDAY DESTINATION I WILL DEFINITELY SUGGEST ANDOMAN VIA "UMANG" ...more

  The overall experience was positive. However, there was limited flexibility in selecting or modifying local sightseeing destinations beyond those specified by the operator.   We have booked the 5N/6D packages for Andaman tour in the month of Dec-2018 on the basis of reference by one of my friend. Initially, I was hesitant to book the ticket with "Mas tour and travels" because of very little presence of the Mas travel agency on the internet and the new startup. But when I finished my tour with this company, my initial apprehension about cheating/ poor services proved wrong. The services provided by the travel agency was very excellent. The itinerary consist of local sight seeing with dedicated AC vehicle including premium hotel rooms at these three locations --Port blair, Neil island and Havelock beach. Our tour was very memorable as this is our second visit after the gap of 18 years. The hotels at all these locations especially the resort at havelock beach - "Nk Havelock Eco Resort" is simply beautiful. it is very beautiful resort with swimming pool. The support provided by the agencies personnel at neil island, havelock and Port blair is the best. The hospitality shown by mr Ajay Kumar and care taken by him about our stay, friendly environment and efforts taken by him to cover maximum spot are beyond description. ...more

  We planned trip on 8th Jan but on 6th Jan Cyclone Hits Andaman so we were worried about our trip. When we reach at Port Blair on 8th Jan everything was operational & weather was good that makes us so happy. We visited Port Blair Havelock then Neil Island then again Port Blair. Our First Day at Port Blair was very hectic, we were tired though visited many places back to back, this should be manage better by Team. Except this We enjoyed lot in Havelock & Neil Island. Dinesh & Ajay did good job. Other people also very helpful. Really Appreciated. Please Carry BSNL & AIRTEL SIM so this will avoid any miscommunication with Travel management team.
