Do not trust this company or the owner, Jasmit(7404867851 , 8708486207). I was lured in by an Instagram ad and despite my initial gut feeling about bad reviews, Jasmit personally manipulated me into believing those were just "fake reviews" from a disgruntled ex-partner. It was a complete lie. The Bait: They claim to have "group tickets" and promise a PNR 24 hours before departure to justify why you don’t have a booking reference immediately. The Payment: Jasmit pressured me into paying 30k in installments over 10 days, providing professional-looking but fake receipts. The Ghosting: As the travel date approached, communication stopped. When I finally reached him, he used a "family tragedy" (claiming his grandfather died) to buy more time and play on my sympathy. The Result: It is now 4 days before my trip. He has stopped picking up my calls (1000+ attempts) and no tickets have been issued. My New Year vacation is ruined, and my money is gone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY. I am writing this because I don’t want another person to go through what I went through with Nature Nexus Navigator and the contact person, Akhilesh Sharma. I trusted this company, paid in advance for flight tickets and in the last moment, the booking was cancelled without any warning, without any explanation and without any attempt to fix the situation. After that, Akhilesh Sharma completely vanished. No calls answered. No messages replied to. No updates. No refund. Nothing! The level of irresponsibility and disregard shown is unbelievable. Instead of dealing with the issue, Akhilesh Sharma became completely unresponsive and disappeared after taking my money, forcing me to take action. Because of this experience, I have already filed a police complaint and legal proceedings are being initiated in court. I am not letting this go quietly and will sue.

Our recent trip to thailand was absolutely incredible! The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the major landmarks with ample time for exploration. The accommodations were charming and comfortable, and the food was a culinary delight, from indulging in delicious pasta to experiencing authentic Indiann cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the cruise dinner tour in Bangkok and the boat ride in coral island .This trip was a perfect blend of history, culture, and relaxation, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to thailand. It was really a good Tour, we just booked our package 2 days before the travel that is on 17 May 25 and our travel was on 19 May 25, Every arrangement was on time like Tour Transfers. Only thing we have to do was to arrange Airport transfer for Karbi because of the less time the agent got , which we agreed that we will arrange at the Airport, but rest of the Tour which was arranged by NATURE NEXUS NAVIGATOR, like 7 island Tour in Krabi, Tiger Kingdom in Phuket , Phi Phi Island Tour, Phuket City Tour and james Bond Island veerything was great and very well handled.Thanks for giving us this Tour. We will always look to do business with you guys.

I recently booked a 6-night, 7-day Kerala tour with Nature Nexus Navigator, covering Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, Kovalam, and Kanyakumari. Overall, it was a well-planned and enjoyable trip! The itinerary was packed but covered all the major attractions, making it a bit tiring at times—however, that was expected given the number of places included. The hotels in Munnar, Alleppey, Kovalam, and Kanyakumari were excellent, offering great comfort and hospitality. The only downside was the hotel in Thekkady, which could have been better in terms of service and cleanliness. The transportation and coordination were smooth, and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Nature Nexus Navigator for a well-organized Kerala tour!
