On the way back, drive passing beautiful rice terraces to Lempuyang Temple/the heaven gate and then enjoy take a dip at the spring fed pools of Tirta Gangga, a veritable water playground designed by 6 princes in the Royal Family of Karangasem as a resting place. The exotic pools and water fountains sustained some damage during the eruptions of Mt. Agung, but the water gardens remain as serene, and tempting as ever, to the weary traveler.

Drive north of Bali, visit the royal temple of Mengwi - Pura Taman Ayun. Morning is free at leisure, rest in the swimming pool or on the beach. Start with lunch at local restaurant then drive to Melasti Beach for Instagram spot, beautiful white sand beach with Crystal Clear Ocean, available beach club for rest and relax (optional), then to Uluwatu Temple, called Luwur Temple, is one of the six Sad Kahyangan Temples, the main spiritual pillars in Bali Island followed by Kecak dance. Drive to Jimbaran for sea food dinner on the beach.
