Day 1 : DELHI- AGRA (210 KMS) & AGRA S/S
Upon arriving at Delhi Railway Station/ Airport Delhi embark for Agra.. Arrive Agra and check into the hotel . In evening visit The Taj Mahal, Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2 : AGRA - JAIPUR (240 KMS)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and visit Agra Fort, Red Fort ,Itmad- Ud –Dulah (Mini Taj). Later proceed towards Jaipur enroute cover Fatehpur sikri. Arrive Jaipur & Check into the hotel. Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
Day 3 : JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING
After Breakfast visit City Palace Complex, Jantar Mantar (Stone Observatory) , Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, albert Hall Museum and Amber Fort . Evening free for leisure activity. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 4 : AGRA – DELHI (231 KMS)
After Breakfast Check out from the hotel & Drive to Delhi . Arrive Delhi and check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 5 : DELHI – MANALI (570 KMS/ 12-14 HRS) (Overnight Travel)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and cover Lotus Temple ,Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid,Raj Ghat. Later on at Overnight Stay in hotelAt 5: 00 pm report at Delhi Volvo pick up point (on your own) & Depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Overnight Journey by Volvo.
Day 6 : ARRIVAL IN MANALI + LOCAL CITY TOUR (3 - 4 HRS)
Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashist Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious). Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight at hotel.
Day 7 : MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY (14 KMS) – MANALI
Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

DAY 7: MANALI – ROHTANG PASS / UP TO SNOW LINE.
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Today morning after breakfast have excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Upto Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall): On the way to Rohtang Pass visit Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi. In Rohtang Pass enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot. Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday.
Day 8 : MANALI – NAGGAR CASTLE – JANA WATERFALL (27 KMS/1 HR) – MANALI
After breakfast, visit Naggar Castle (Which was once the residence of Raja of kullu is now popular for Shooting of National / International Movies due to its overwhelming sceneries), Roerich Art Gallery (displays the art of famous Russian Painter Nikolai Roerich which enchant every visitor by its Fabulous Painting & Serene surroundings) followed by a halt nearby Tranquil Jana Water Fall. Later return to Manali & then you are free to explore market. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 9 : MANALI – SHIMLA (260 KMS/ 7-8 HRS)
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Queen of Hills i.e. Shimla by Deluxe Bus/ On Sharing Basis. On reaching Shimla check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 : SHIMLA – KUFRI (22 KMS/ 45 MINS) – LOCAL S/S – SHIMLA
After fresh up proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover: Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot) Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjivini Plant), Vice regal lodge which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use). In Evening Explore, The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church and then have your overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 11 : SHIMLA – DELHI (370 KMS/8-10 HRS)
Today after Breakfast at 7:30 am check out from the hotel and report at Shimla Volvo Stand for your return trip to Delhi with ever enthusiastic experience….

In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

PROCESS OF MAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT:
ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
There is no contract between Bharat Booking Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
In exceptional cases like Instant death, company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount)
The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
Please note service Tax of 4.5% is applicable for all transactions.
One Time Advance Payment: It can be done through our website by using Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card and Wallets via EBS, CC-Avenue, HDFC gateway etc.
EMI OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN OUR GATEWAYS:
Cash Deposit option at Bharat Booking’s Delhi office i.e. 21 & 22 Parshvnath Metro Mall, Near Kashmiri Gate, Metro Station Gate No 2, New Delhi.
Cash deposit in any of our below mentioned Banks (HDFC, PNB, ICICI, AXIS, SBI, BOI, SBP and Yes Bank ).
50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date. (NOTE: This policy is not applicable for packages costing above INR 50,000/-)
Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival day.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
