Visit the National Museum which is one of the best Museums in Asia, Fortress of the Heap of Jewels named as 'Rimpung Dzong', Kichu Lhakhan which is one of the oldest Temple of Bhutan built by the Tibetan king during 659 A.D. You can also drive to Drugyel Dzong - a ruined fortress. The sight of Mt. Jhomolhari adds up the beauty of Paro on a clear day. Overnight stay.
Drive to Thimpu. The path follows the river Pacchu downstream to its confluence and finally climbs up to the river Wangchu to the capital of Bhutan - The Land of Dragons.

Visit The Memorial Chorten, National Library, The indigenous Hospitals where traditional medicines are still practiced, Handicraft Emporium where Bhutanese Textiles are displayed for sale, Woodcraft and Painting Schools which still preserves the traditional Art & Craft, Tashicho Dzong - the main Secretariat building, the office of the King and the Throne room; Simtokha Dzong - one of the oldest fortress of Bhutan built in 1629 A.D which houses the largest Monastic schools of Bhutan. Overnight stay.
Early morning drive (around 45 minutes) to the starting point of this trek. The trekking path covers wide and beautiful Terraced fields and coniferous vegetation till we reach Genekha (2550 Sq.m). Overnight stay in Camp near school ground.
