Kolleru Lake, Eluru

Kolleru Lake is a huge freshwater lake in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Counted among the largest freshwater lakes in India, Kolleru Lake flows through the deltas of Krishna and Godavari. It serves as a prime source of water for the locals that reside in the areas through which it passes. This lake is a home to the migratory birds that arrive here annually during the months of October-March.
