Raigad Museum is popular because it houses the personal belongings of Chhatrapati Shivaji, the Maratha warrior king. In the different galleries of this museum, the visitors can see the turban collection of Shivaji, his earrings, mojari shoes, sword sheath, some rare photos, hand-written documents etc. All these artifacts and belongings are authentic and aren’t allowed to be touched by any visitor.
