2 Nights 3 Days Mount Meru climb Tanzania

Morning after breakfast and picnic lunches, drive to Arusha National Park for 30-45 minutes. After payment continue driving to Momela Gate (45 minutes to 1 hour). On the way to Momela Gate, you can see wild animals, including Buffaloes, Giraffes, Warthogs, Antelopes and others. From Momela Gate, start walking with a team escorted by a Ranger with a gun to Miriakamba Huts. The walk through the forest takes about 4–6 hours. Dinner and overnight stay at Miriakamba Huts (2,500m).

After breakfast, continue walking through the forest to Saddle Huts, taking picnic lunches. The walk takes about 4-5hrs. Dinner and overnight stay at Saddle Huts (3,550m).

Start walking for the summit at midnight after refreshing tea with cookies. The walk to the summit takes about 6hrs. After arriving at the summit of Mount Meru(4,562m peak), take pictures for about 20 minutes, then walk down to saddle huts (3–4 hours). Get a heavy breakfast and continue walking down to the gate for about 4-6hrs. Meet the van and transfer to Arusha. Overnight
