Transfer by road from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. In Tarangire you will search for wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, baboons, vervet monkeys, wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes and zebras and encounter elephants and baobabs across classic safari savannah scenery with rivers and low hills. Accommodation is budget camping. Meals for the day include lunch and dinner and drinking water and non alcoholic drinks are provided. The day offers an introduction to safari life and time to relax and process the experience.

Transfer by road to Serengeti National Park and begin guided game drives in the Unesco World Heritage listed Serengeti. Expect opportunities to see leopards along dry riverbanks, cheetahs on the grasslands, elephants, giraffes, various antelopes and famous Serengeti lion prides. The park hosts large diverse wildlife populations and migrating wildebeest and zebras. Accommodation is budget camping. Meals for the day include breakfast lunch and dinner with drinking water and non alcoholic drinks.

A further day in Serengeti National Park with additional guided game drives to increase chances of seeing the parks wildlife including big cats elephants giraffes and migrating herds. Early transfer by road from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the crater rim then descend onto the crater floor to view wildlife including critically endangered black rhinos large tusked elephants at least one of the Ngorongoro lion prides and spotted hyenas. The setting features steep green crater walls a salt lake forests and hippo filled waterways and is one of the most memorable locations on the safari. Accommodation is budget camping. Take a guided game drive around the forests and lakeshore of Lake Manyara National Park to look for elephants and the tree climbing lions that the park is famous for. Transfer by road from Karibu Heritage House to Materuni Waterfalls. Hike down to the waterfalls enjoy local food and join a tour of a nearby coffee plantation to learn about coffee production. After the Materuni visit transfer by road back to Arusha and finish the tour at Arusha Airport. Meals for the day include breakfast and lunch with drinking water and non alcoholic drinks. There is no accommodation provided on this day.
