  • 1. Scope of Tour Provisions & Exclusions
  • Lodging Accommodations: Package pricing centers on standard double or twin-occupancy configurations featuring private en-suite plumbing (bath or shower). Solo travelers are subject to distinct single supplement surcharges. Specific wilderness lodges or high-end tented properties utilized throughout the journey mirror the selective categorization standards assigned by the operator.
  • Meal Provisions: Standard itineraries cover three daily meals, normally beginning with evening dining services on Day 2. House wines, local beers, non-alcoholic soft drinks, and bottled purified water are provided at no extra cost alongside scheduled group meals.
  • Connectivity and Laundry: Where available on board transport vehicles or within select wilderness camps, foundational wireless internet and light laundry services are fully covered within your baseline tour fees.
  • Taxation: Quoted amounts incorporate hotel and lodge taxes levied by local or municipal authorities, official entry fees for National Parks and Wildlife Reserves, and regional airport taxes for mandatory internal flights. International departure or entry taxes remain excluded.
  • Items Omitted From Package Costs: Travelers are solely responsible for expenses related to international passports, entry visas or electronic travel authorizations (eTAs), mandatory personal travel protection policies, excess baggage penalties, personal communication charges (such as international roaming or private calls), custom laundry requests, premium bar tabs, driver/guide gratuities, or independent deviations from the collective group itinerary.
  • 2. Booking Registration & Settlement Deadlines
  • Securing a reservation requires an initial non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total retail tour cost at the moment of booking. Final payment fulfillment must be processed in full no later than 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
  • 3. Reservation Revocation & Tiered Penalty Matrices
  • All requests for booking cancellation must be sent to the company in formal writing. Because upfront financial commitments must be executed well in advance with lodge vendors and regional air transport lines, the following penalty tiers apply based on when the written notice arrives:
  • • 120 days or more before departure: 20% of the overall retail tour rate is retained.
  • • 119 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the overall retail tour rate is retained.
  • • 59 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the overall retail tour rate is retained (No Refund).
  • Unused Service Forfeiture: No refunds, rebates, or financial compensation will be provided for any unutilized accommodations, skipped meals, missed internal flights, or omitted safari activities once the tour has officially commenced.
  • 4. Currency Fluctuations & Surcharge Adjustments
  • Base rates are calculated based on fixed operational tariffs and foreign currency exchange rates established as of October 2025. In the event of extreme currency devaluation, unexpected fuel or energy cost increases, or vendor price hikes, the company retains the right to adjust final tour pricing upward until the moment your final balance is settled. Statutory changes to governmental or park taxation may be assessed against the client at any point.
  • 5. Rights to Modify Itineraries & Deny Service
  • Itinerary Amendments: The company maintains full discretion to modify, cancel, or push back any portion of the itinerary if unforeseen conditions make adjustments necessary or practical. Hotels, tented camps, or safari properties may be swapped for alternative options of an equivalent tier without prior notification.
  • Passenger Selection: The company preserves the unconditional right to decline or terminate service for any passenger if, in its sole professional opinion, the individual poses a risk to the health, safety, or well-being of the group, or displays behavior that is disruptive to the tour operations, staff, or local guides. In the event of forced removal, the company's sole financial liability is to refund the exact portion of the payment associated with unused field services.
  • 6. Operational Cancellations & Force Majeure Credit Policy
  • If a tour is canceled or postponed due to acts of God, force majeure, state-level decrees, public health emergencies, civic unrest, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, or any other event beyond practical control, the company's sole liability is to issue future travel credits covering the full amount of funds received. These credits will only be granted to the extent that our local third-party suppliers actively credit the company for those advance funds. The company is not liable for recovering the costs of separate travel insurance policies. A passenger's personal choice to pull out of a trip based on general fear or independent governmental travel advisories will be processed as a standard client cancellation subject to full penalties.
  • 7. Agency Accountability & Assumption of Wilderness Risks
  • Independent Supplier Disclaimer: The company functions strictly as an independent intermediary booking agent that arranges lodging, commercial transport, and ground handling operations. We do not own, operate, or directly manage these third-party businesses. Consequently, the company is entirely exempt from liability for any negligent acts, omissions, defaults, or financial failures caused by independent contractors.

The client willingly assumes all such risks and waives any claims of operational negligence against the company.

Personal items, electronics, and baggage remain under the exclusive custody and risk of the owner throughout the duration of the trip unless protected by independent personal property insurance.
  • 9. Commercial Media & Photography Release
  • The company, its field guides, or authorized media staff reserve the right to take high-resolution photography or video footage during the expedition.
