Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla

Pickup from Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla .Shimla is 342 Kilometers from Delhi and will take 8:00 -9:00 hours to reach. On the way you can visit Pinjore Garden Which is famous for It is an example of the Mughal Gardens architectural style. On arrival at Shimla. Check into the hotel. Dinner & Over Night stay in SHIMLA.

Day 2 : Shimla Sightseeing

Kasol & Manikaran is located in the Parvati Valley on river Parvati, northeast of Bhuntar in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh. It is at an altitude of 1760 m and is located 4 km ahead of Kasol and about 35 km from Kullu. This small town attracts tourists visiting Manali and Kullu to its hot springs and pilgrim centres. Payment Terms & Methods :
NGT RULES & REGULATIONS:
National Green Tribunal (NGT) has implemented few restrictions & instructions for every traveler visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:
• The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass is restricted to 1000 /- per day, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed.
Due to this restriction customers might have to wait in standby slot.
• Environmental Compensation charges of INR 1000 /- for petrol vehicles, INR 2500 /- for diesel vehicles and INR 5000 /- for six seaters (or above) will be charged.
• This cost is not included in the package and customers themselves have to pay the desired amount on the way to Rohtang Pass
• Visit to Rohtang Pass can be on individual/sharing / by Deluxe Bus Sub to Availability.
HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE???
For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
• 40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
• We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
But please keep in mind that rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 15 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of the tour.
• Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
• Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like a confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
• If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10days in advance via mail.
• We do not charge anything if the package is postponed/ prepone once. However, after the first time, additional charges will be levied.
• Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 7 days prior to your journey)
• We do not accept any change in the plan within 15 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes,
the package can be postponed which will intimate to you beforehand.
• Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
• Advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
• Also Note that all cancellations must interact in writing.
• The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
