The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq. km of which 360 sq. km is thick evergreen forest. Later visit Periyar Lake & Spice Plantation. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.

After breakfast drive to Alleppey which is approximately 4 hours drive from Thekkady. On arrival at Thekkady transfer to Houseboat which is traditionally decorated and set on an enchanting backwater. Lunch is served in the houseboat. In the afternoon, while cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle on Chinese fishing nets, paddy fields and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. After breakfast transfer to Kovalam a beach town on the Arabian Sea in Kerala. Kovalam has three crescent shaped beaches separated by rocky out croppings. The shallow waters stretching for hundreds of meters are ideal for swimming. Water enthusiasts have a lot of beach activities to indulge in like - kayaking, swimming, surfing and skiing. Occasionally walk into some of the certified massaging centers alongside the beach and pamper yourself with an exotic herbal, body- toning massage. On arrival check into hotel. After lunch afternoon free for beach activities. Dinner and overnight stay in Kovalam.
