Payment Terms & Methods :
40% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
Other Terms & Conditions :
Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuity, porterage, laundry liquor etc.
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges for sightseeing.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, political disturbances, rain, etc.
