Payment Terms & Methods :
40% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

No Hidden charges.
In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.
Hotels/Rooms once confirmed, cannot be changed. Dedicated cabs will be provided for transfers and sightseeing and can be used till 8.30 PM.
The inclusion of extra bed(s) with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed(s).
Activities like Rafting, Boating, Safari, etc., at the sightseeing places are subject to availability.
