Day 1 Arrival In Baku – Transfer To Gabala

Arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Meet & greet by the local representative. Private transfer to Gabala (Approx. 3.5–4 hours). Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Gabala.

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a full-day Gabala tour. Visit Tufandag Mountain Resort. Enjoy the scenic Gabala Cable Car ride. Free time to enjoy the mountain resort, cafés, and panoramic views. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Gabala.

Enroute Candy Cane Mountain Return to Baku in the evening. Overnight stay in Baku.

Important Notes

Travel Documents & Visa
All travelers must carry a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
The package includes a Standard Azerbaijan E-Visa. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Azerbaijan Immigration Authorities.
Guests must provide all required documents in a timely manner to avoid delays in visa processing.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and available during the trip.
Hotel Policy
Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
Hotels may request a security deposit at check-in, which is refundable upon check-out subject to hotel policies.
Triple rooms in Azerbaijan are generally provided with an extra bed, sofa bed, or rollaway bed.
Transportation & Sightseeing
All transfers and sightseeing tours will be provided on a private basis by Sedan vehicle as per the itinerary.
The driver will assist with transportation; however, detailed guiding services are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Sightseeing schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic situations, public holidays, road closures, or operational reasons.
Any missed sightseeing due to late arrival, personal reasons, or circumstances beyond control will not be refunded.
Attractions & Activities
Cable car operations in Shahdag and Gabala are subject to weather conditions, technical maintenance, and local authority regulations.
Adventure activities in Shahdag such as zipline, roller coaster, horse riding, quad biking, and other recreational activities are optional and payable directly by guests.
Little Venice boat rides, additional museum entries, and optional attractions not mentioned under inclusions are payable separately.
Some attractions may have restricted operating hours during public holidays or special events.
Weather & Clothing
Weather conditions may vary significantly between Baku, Shahdag, Gabala, Sheki, and Lankaran.
Warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket are recommended throughout the tour.
Mountain areas such as Shahdag and Gabala can experience cooler temperatures even during summer months.
Meals
The package includes daily breakfast only.
Lunches, dinners, beverages, and personal food expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Guests may enjoy local Azerbaijani cuisine at various restaurants during the tour.
Payments & Refunds
Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing tours, entrance tickets, or transfers.
Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political situations, or unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the traveler.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the package.
It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
General Information
Azerbaijan operates on Azerbaijan Manat (AZN) as its local currency.
Credit and debit cards are accepted in most hotels, malls, and restaurants; however, carrying some local currency is advisable.
Respect local customs, traditions, and regulations while visiting religious and historical sites.
The itinerary is planned to provide the best travel experience; however, minor adjustments may be made without affecting the overall tour program.

Terms & Conditions

The package rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from our office.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel as per the agreed payment schedule.
Passport validity must be a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel. Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Azerbaijan Immigration Authorities. The travel company shall not be held responsible for any visa rejection or delay.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Any unused services, sightseeing tours, meals, transfers, or hotel stays are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sightseeing tours, attractions, and activities are subject to local weather conditions, maintenance schedules, government regulations, and operational requirements.
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, sightseeing sequence, or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances without affecting the overall tour experience.
Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, visa fees, fuel surcharges, or other statutory charges after booking confirmation shall be borne by the guest.
Travel insurance is not included in the package. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, baggage loss, flight cancellation, natural calamities, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, or any event beyond its control.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, passports, cash, and valuables throughout the trip.
Any damages caused by guests to hotel property, vehicles, or public facilities shall be payable directly by the guest.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be levied as per the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts all the above terms and conditions.
