Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival In Paro – Thimphu

Buddha Dordenma Memorial Chorten

Arrive at Paro International Airport.

Drive to Thimphu (1.5–2 hrs).

Visit Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma Statue, and Tashichho Dzong.

Evening: Meditation session or gentle yoga at hotel/retreat.

Overnight: Thimphu

Activities : Adventure
Day 2 Thimphu – Spiritual & Wellness Experiences

Participate in a guided meditation or mindfulness session at a local monastery.

Visit National Library and Folk Heritage Museum for cultural insight.

Explore School of Arts & Crafts (Zorig Chusum).

Optional wellness activity: traditional Bhutanese hot stone bath.

Overnight: Thimphu

Day 3 Thimphu – Punakha Via Dochula Pass

Punakha Dzong Dochula Pass

Drive to Punakha (3–4 hrs) via Dochula Pass (108 chortens and Himalayan views).

Engage in monastic stay at a local monastery: attend prayers, chant, and interact with monks/nuns.

Visit Punakha Dzong and Suspension Bridge.

Evening reflection or meditation session.

Day 4 Punakha – Gangtey / Phobjikha Valley

Phobjikha Valley

Early morning drive to Phobjikha Valley / Gangtey Monastery (3 hrs).

Participate in spiritual walk or meditation in serene valley surroundings.

Explore Gangtey Monastery and learn about Nyingma Buddhist traditions.

Drive back to Paro (4–5 hrs).
