  • Day 1 : Airport - Petra

    Description :

    Meet and assist at Queen Alia international Airport upon arrival, then transfer direct to Petra for hotel overnight. 3* Hotel in Petra, No Meal included.

    Day 2 : Petra Tour - Rajef Area

    Description :

    As a must to visit Petra; which is one of the New 7 wonders of the world. Breakfast at the hotel and start Petra Tour with local English speaking guide to discover the ancient city of the Nabataeans, we start from the Siq (the main entrance of the city) towards AL-Khaznah and the to the Street of Facades, we will discover the theater and the Royal tomb, then back from the city, to the hotel check out prepare the luggage and take you for around 30 minutes to AL-Rajef Area; where we start horse riding towards Wadi Rum area, (starting from Rajef to the mountains above Petra). Camping after Rajef area in the mountains, Breakfast at the hotel, Lunch during the riding and dinner at the campsite.

    Day 3 : Horse Riding To Wadi Rum

    Description :

    Breakfast and start a day tour in the best landscapes of Jordan on Horseback; we ride all the way to Wadi Rum area, tracing the ancient Roman pavement of the Kings' way passing: Ras Ennageb high above Petra and Wadi Rum mountains, Ein Alganah; to discover the "water spring" which was used during the Nabataeans time (2000 years ago). Overnight Camping near Beir Hamad, Breakfast at the camp, Lunch during the riding and dinner at the campsite.

    Day 4 : Horse Riding In Wadi Rum

    Description :

    Another full day of horse riding; from the desert of Hesma on the way to Al-Humayma (an ancient caravan station built on the kings' way) to arrive the North part of Wadi Rum and camping overnight at Al Kharazah. Camping in Al-Kharazah area, Breakfast at the camp, Lunch during the riding and dinner at the campsite.

    Day 5 : Another full day of horse riding in Wadi Rum

    Description :

    Breakfast and ride all the way from Al-Kharazah towards Abu Rashrash for dinner and camping night. Camping in Wadi Rum Breakfast at the camp, Lunch during the riding and dinner at the campsite.

    Day 6 : Full day of horse riding in Wadi Rum

    Description :

    Full day starting from the camp towards The French Castle and the Nabataeans Saddah, where we dinner and camping this night, Camping in Siq Al-Barrah, Breakfast at the camp, Lunch during the riding and dinner at the campsite.

    Day 7 : Wadi Rum - Dead Sea

    Description :

    Breakfast and transfer to the Dead Sea for free afternoon at leisure and overnight. Dead Sea Spa 4*hotel, Breakfast at campsite.

    Day 8 : Dead Sea - Airport

    Description :

    Breakfast and transfer from the hotel at the Dead Sea to the airport; for departure with farewell. Breakfast at the hotel.

    Information about the Tour: Group Size: 4 to 12 riders plus the guide. Your Guides: All our guides are talented, caring & fun. Very well knowledge of the Jordanian deserts, horses and guiding. They know the local culture and are able to make the right decision in case of emergency. Caution: The riding guide is fully responsible for the security of the group and has the right to modify the above indicated itinerary due to weather conditions or any other safety requirements for the group. Your Horses: Our horses are Bedouin Arabians, clever and sociable. They are hot bloods originating from Jordan, Syria and Iraq. They live outside in the desert most of the year, so they are tough, strong, spirited, fast and responsive. They are also very sensitive but easy to handle. Climate: Warm / hot weather in summer. In winter temperatures can get really chilly at night especially if there is wind blowing. What to Bring Riding trousers, strong but light. Short riding boots and chaps. T-shirt and long sleeved shirts. Head protection from the sun (we strongly recommend a hard hat). Fleece and windproof jacket (in winter it may be cold at night). Sandals or other shoes for camp. Sunglasses. Torch. Weight Limit: for riders is usually 85 Kg. - 90 Kg. However, we do have a few horses that can take heavier riders. If you are over the weight limit please contact us for availability of the bigger horses for the specific ride or tour that interests you. Accommodation: Accommodations in Amman, Petra & Aqaba are in hotels. Our normal packages use 3 and 4 star hotels depending on the city. Accommodation in Wadi Rum will be in a camp. We choose the sites with perfection in mind. We stay at wilderness areas that also offer top quality amenities and safety depending on the weather and the season. Always change camps sites. We provide the following Camping Equipment's Tents with enough space for 2 people. Mattresses. Firewood. All cooking supplies. Washing Facilities. Toilet and Shower: For nights spent in hotel, bathrooms and toilets available in every room. During camping nights, we have a special tent where water will be provided; toilet will be in the nature. Meals: All meals are provided, except lunch, we will generally eat in the hotel and enjoy a selection from the buffet for dinner. In the desert all meals are prepared fresh and cooked over an open fire. You will be pleasantly surprised by the variety and standard of food served to you. We also accommodate vegetarian meals. Drinks: Bottled Mineral water is used for drinking, for cooking and washing we use local water. Tea, Coffee, are available for free during the camping days. Riders Responsibilities: Riders are required to comply with all the instructions and regulations given to them by their guide. Respect the safety and welfare of the horses. Riders are required to groom and tack their horses once in the morning and once in the afternoon. If you require assistance please ask your guide. At the same time your help with feeding the horses is highly appreciated. Riding helmets are highly recommended on the tour, but it is up to the rider if he or she wants to wear one. Required riding level: We ride 5 to 6 hours a day, depending on itinerary, rider's condition and weather. We ride 2 h 30 min to 3 h 30 min in the morning. Break for lunch and a rest for 3 hours. During the summer, a long lunch breaks during the hottest hours of the day. Then ride 2 to 3 hours in the afternoon. We cover between 25 to 35 Km per day. There may be some walking each day leading the horses. At the same time we always start the ride and end the ride by walking for 5 to 10 minutes to warm the horses or cool them down. Notes: This program could be subject to change due to weather conditions, the quality of pathways and road conditions or the physical fitness levels of riders. The tour guide will be responsible for making assessment of these at the time of the tour. All luggage, camping equipment, water, food and horse supplies are transported by 4X4 back-up vehicles. Generally we have one to three vehicles on the tour depending on the number of participants. All staff including cook are local Jordanians and Bedouins.
