Day 1 : Arrival in Auckland
Upon arrival in Auckland, clear your immigration and check-out from airport. Welcome to 'The City of Sails'. Your seat in coach transfer will be meet you at airport and you will be transferred to hotel. Check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World offers a unique Pacific and Southern Oceans marine experience. The Antarctic Encounter is home to New Zealand's only sub-Antarctic penguins, offering a rare opportunity to see the playful King and Gentoo penguins up close in their icy domain from aboard a Snowcat. In the Underwater World get face-to-face with nature's assassins of the sea along the world's first curved aquarium tunnel. There you'll spot a host of killers in the Predator Tank, the graceful underwater flying of giant rays in Stingray Bay and everything from Piranha to Seahorses along Fish Alley. Are you brave enough to swim with the sharks? Then you can't miss the adrenaline rush of a face-to-face encounter with the ocean's great predators either with a Shark Cage, or without in a truly thrilling Shark Survival experience.
Day 2 : Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo caves tour.
A Great Sights vehicle will pick you up from your central city accommodation for your transfer to the Sky City Coach Terminal, 102 Hobson Street, Auckland Central, the departure point of your tour. At 7.30am board your coach to commence a full day tour to Rotorua via Waitomo. Depart Auckland and travel through the lush farmland of the Waikato and King Country regions. Your experienced local driver guide will provide commentary and point out highlights along the way, such as Rangiriri, where in 1863 a major battle was fought between colonial forces and those loyal to the Maori King. On arrival in the small town of Waitomo enjoy a guided tour through the world famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves, a series of limestone caves formed over 30 million years ago. Learn all about stalactites, stalagmites and other limestone formations as you walk through the caverns, and finish the tour with a silent boat ride through the Glowworm Grotto - illuminated by thousands of tiny glowworms.Your journey to Rotorua continues, passing through the beatiful Fitzgerald Glade where trees arch over the road to form a tunnel of natural greenery. Tour concludes upon arrival in Rotorua at approximately 1.30pm, at which time accommodation drop offs will commence. Overnight at Rotorua hotel.
Day 3 : Rotorua Sights: Te Puia, Rainbow Springs and Agrodome
A Great Sights vehicle will pick you up from your accommodation for your transfer to Tourism Rotorua, 1167 Fenton Street, the departure point of your tour. At 7:25am, join your coach to commence a Rotorua Sights half day morning tour. Experience Te Puia, a place of Maori culture and a thermal wonderland of impressive geysers and boiling mud pools before exploring Rainbow Springs Nature Park, which showcases native flora and fauna as well as the New Zealand Kiwi. Then see NZ's agricultural industry in action with a sheep shearing display and sheep dog trials at The Agrodome. Tour concludes at approximately 12:15pm, at which time accommodation drop offs will commence.Overnight at Rotorua hotel.
Day 4 : Rotorua to Queenstown via Auckland.
Today after breakfast check-out from hotel and board your coach from Rotorua to Auckland domestic airport. Fly down from Auckland to Queenstown (Own expense). Check-out from Queenstown airport and board your shuttle transfer from Queenstown airport to hotel. Check-in at hotel and overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : Milford Sound Cruise from Queenstown.
Today after breakfast proceed for scenic tour of Milford sound cruise from Queenstown. Overnight at hotel.
Milford sound cruise - The day trip to Milford Sound on board new, glass - roof coaches connecting with spacious, purpose - built catamarans is a fully seamless experience. Board the coach in Queenstown and travel alongside Lake Wakatipu and then through farming countryside to Te Anau where there will be a short rest stop. From Te Anau, the overland journey to Milford Sound is a showcase of sheer mountains and towering cliffs, rugged valleys and native rain forest surrounded by teeming waterfalls and glacial lakes. The premium glass - roof coaches offer reclining seats, multi - lingual commentary, additional legroom and are fitted with WIFI and USB ports. Experienced coach drivers tailor each journey to ensure the best photo stops are included for short walks and photo opportunities along the way. On arrival, board a vessel and take in the natural wonders on a Milford Sound Scenic Cruise. A range of lunch options are available for purchase (must be pre - ordered) and c complimentary tea and coffee is provided on the cruise. Following the cruise, return to Queenstown by coach.
Day 6 : Queenstown to Christchurch via Mt. Cook
Today after breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed to Christchurch hotel via Mt. Cook. A Great Sights vehicle will pick you up from your accommodation for your transfer to The Station Information Centre, Corner Shotover and Camp Streets, Queenstown, the departure point of your tour. At 8:00am join your coach to commence a full day tour to Christchurch via Mount Cook. Depart Queenstown and travel through ruggedly beautiful landscape and over the Lindis Pass into the Mackenzie Country. Enter the amazing Aoraki / Mt Cook National Park, home to New Zealand's highest mountain. Stop for lunch and a chance to enjoy the amazing alpine scenery. Leave Aoraki/Mt Cook village in the afternoon and travel past Lake Pukaki to Lake Tekapo, where you can view the solitary Church of the Good Shepherd and take in the sights of the spectacular Southern Alps mountain range. Continue through the diverse farmland of the Canterbury Plains to Christchurch. Tour concludes at approximately 6:55pm, at which time accommodation drop offs will commence.
Day 7 : Christchurch City Tour and Departure in Evening
Today after breakfast check-out from hotel and proceed for Christchurch city tour, later in evening departure transfer to airport. Tour concludes with fond memories.
A Canterbury Leisure Tours vehicle will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the departure point of your tour. At 9.00am join your coach to commence a half day Discover Christchurch - Morning Tour. The trip begins by covering the central city highlights including the botanical gardens, Museum and Art Centre, the Avon River, Bridge of Remembrance, the city's new pop up container mall and many other CBD highlights. Please note that the tour of the CBD can change daily due to road closures and new areas re-opening. On leaving the inner city, the tour travels to Mona Vale an historic homestead and gardens. Up to the Sign of the Takahe, an historic building providing spectacular views over the city, Canterbury Plains and the Southern Alps, then over the Port Hills to the Port of Lyttleton, through the harbour tunnel to the seaside suburb of Sumner and cave rock before returning to the central city. Tour concludes at approximately 12.00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.
