Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kohima & War Cemetery

  Arrive at Dimapur Airport (DMU) and transfer to Kohima (approx. 2-3 hours).
  
  Check in to your hotel.
  
  Visit the Kohima War Cemetery, a beautifully maintained memorial to the soldiers of World War II. It's a serene and historical site.
  
  Explore the local market and enjoy the evening.

• Day 2 : Naga Heritage Village & Local Culture

  Take a day trip to the Kisama Heritage Village, the venue for the famous Hornbill Festival. Learn about the traditional houses and culture of the different Naga tribes.
  
  Visit the Nagaland State Museum to see artifacts and exhibits on Naga history and culture.
  
  In the evening, you can explore the Kohima Cathedral, a prominent landmark.

• Day 3 : Kohima to Imphal

  Check out from your hotel and take a scenic drive to Imphal, the capital of Manipur (approx. 5-6 hours).
  
  Check in to your hotel.
  
  In the afternoon, visit Kangla Fort, a historical palace and fortress of the Meitei rulers of Manipur.
  
  Witness the unique Ima Keithel (Mother's Market), a market run entirely by women, a testament to the matriarchal traditions of the state.

• Day 4 : Loktak Lake & Floating Islands

  Take a day trip to Loktak Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Northeast India, famous for its circular floating islands (phumdis).
  
  Visit the Keibul Lamjao National Park, the world's only floating national park, home to the endangered Sangai deer.
  
  You can also visit the Indian National Army (INA) Museum in Moirang, which holds a special place in India's freedom struggle.
  
  Return to your hotel in Imphal for the night.

  After breakfast, depending on your flight schedule, you can visit a few more spots like the Manipur State Museum or a local market.
