    Cycle amongst the dates & daisies in this "seldom visited" region of South Africa. Visit the famous Augrabies Falls, have tea with the nuns in the mission town of Pella, cycle in Nature Reserves with beautiful antelope, meet the local folk!

  • Arrive Upington/Oranjerus

    Description :

    Arrive in Upington, get collected at airport, transfer to overnight venue. Time permitting, afternoon cycle.
    Dinner.

    Cycle Oranjerus to Klein Pella

    Description :

    Cycle 30kms, coffee break, drive to Augrabies Falls, picnic lunch. Drive to Pofadder, cycle another 27 kms to overnight venue.

    Orange River cycle

    Description :

    Cycle to Orange River, explore the date plantation, tea alongside the river. Cycle back to lodge. Visit the nuns, tour of the little cathedral, enjoy date scones. Return to venue.

    Goegap Nature Reserve

    Description :

    Drive to Goegap Nature Reserve, cycle amongst the flowers & watch out for zebra, oribi, wildebeest, springbok & blesbok. Lunch in the Reserve, drive to Kamieskroon. Dinner

    Cycle to Namaqualand Flower Reserve

    Description :

    Cycle to the Flower Reserve, cycle amongst the daisies - smell the flowers!!! Lunch. Return to overnight venue on bikes.

    Kammies Mountain Pass

    Description :

    Cycle up the mountain pass, or drive up in support vehicle. Have tea & scones with local farmer's wife. Continue cycling through a magnificent valley, picnic lunch. Lodge, dinner

    Bezalel

    Description :

    Drive to Bezalel via Pofadder. Enjoy a brandy tasting & delicious lunch. Afternoon cycle if capable!
    Dinner.

    Homeward bound
