Kanan Pendari Zoo is a famous tourist destination in Chhattisgarh. It lies in Bilaspur and was established in the early 1970s. In the year 1975, it was used as a nursery for the plants but was developed and transformed into a zoo in the year 1997. At present, the Forest Department of Bilaspur manages this zoo and it is a must-see destination for the ones visiting this place for the first time.
