We will advise against swimming at Marina beach since there are strong currents present along the shoreline and no rescue equipment or lifeguards are available at this beach. The Taj Mahal was commissioned by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The mausoleum is located on the right bank of the river Yamuna at a point where it takes a sharp turn and flows eastwards. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.
