Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of confirmation.
The remaining balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
Booking confirmation will be issued only after the required payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

Cancellation must be made in writing via email to our company.
Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, airline, cruise line and supplier policies.
Any non-refundable bookings, visa fees, or service charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the time of cancellation before departure.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from suppliers and may take 15–30 working days.
