The trek to Pindari Glacier (3800 m) is an easy family trek. The Pindari Glacier Zero Point is in the lap of giant snow-clad mountains all around. The main peaks near the glacier are Baljuri (5922 m), Pawalidwar (6663 m), Nandakhat (6611 m), Changuch (6322 m) and Nandakot (6860 m). The Pindari glacier is over 3.2 km in length and 1.5 km in breadth. The history of mountain climbing in the Pindari glacier region began with the conquest of the Traill's Pass by Malak Singh Buda of Supi in 1830. This pass was climbed by Capt. S.E. Smith in 1861. A German traveler Mr. Boeckh climbed the Traills pass in 1893.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Loharkhet

Reporting Song at afternoon. Package starts from evening tea. Proceed to Loharkhet by trek (4 km.), evening tea, dinner and night halt at Loharkhet.

Dhakuri

Morning tea, breakfast at Loharkhet. Proceed to Dhakuri (8 km.) by trek. Lunch, Evening tea, Dinner and N/H at Dhakuri.

Day 3

Khati

Morning tea, breakfast at Dhakuri, proceed to Khati (9 Km. by trek), Lunch evening tea, dinner, N/H at Khati.

Day 4

Dwali

Morning tea, breakfast at Khati, proceed to Dwali (11 Km. by trek), Lunch, evening tea, dinner, N/H at Dwali.

Day 5

Phurikia

Morning tea, breakfast at Dwali, proceed to Phurkia (05Kms by trek), Lunch, evening tea, dinner, N/H at Phurkia.

Day 6

Dwali

Morning tea, breakfast at Phurkiya Camp, proceed to Pindari Glacier and back Phurkiya (14 Kms by trek), Lunch at Phurkiya Camp, proceed to Dwali (5 Km. by trek), Evening tea, Dinner & N/H at Dwali.

Dhakuri

Morning tea, Breakfast at Dwali Camp, proceed to Khati (11 Kms by trek), Lunch at Khati, proceed to Dhakuri (8 km by trek) Evening tea, Dinner, N/H at Dhakuri.

Loharkhet

Morning tea, Breakfast at Dhakuri Camp, proceed to Loharkhet (9 Kms. by trek), Lunch, Evening tea, Dinner and N/H at Loharkhet. Next day after Breakfast at Loharkhet group will proceed to Song by trek (4 Kms.) (Tour Conclude)
