Nanaksar Thath is a sacred Sikh shrine in Ludhiana. It is a well-known Gurudwara that is located 38 km. from Ludhiana city. It was built to commemorate the martyrdom of Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru of Sikhs. He was the one who laid the foundation of Khalsa. He also promoted the learning of archery as a self-defense against Mughals. At present, Nanaksar Thath is a place where his bow-arrow is displayed in a transparent box. 2) Baba Nand Singh was blessed by Guru Nanak himself due to his celibacy and penance. He told him to recite and teach others how to recite the name of God.

4) Gurupurab is a major festival that is celebrated here with a great pomp. Community kitchen is organized and feeds lakhs of devotees throughout the day.
