By train – Maranda is the nearest railway station to Palampur. It is also called as Palampur railway station. Kangra Valley toy train runs through the Pathankot to maranda route. It’s almost 7 hours relaxing journey through the train.
By air – Gaggal is the nearest airport to Palampur. It is also known as Kangra airport which is well connected through flights from Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Delhi. After reaching the airport, you can hire a taxi for reaching Palampur.
