  It was my first time traveling with EDFICE Travels. The schedule was well-planned, mixing relaxation time with action and not-to-be-missed any opportunities to enjoy the sceneries as well as travelling. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. All the hotels arranged at Leh, Huder and Pengong were 3 star and the hospitality is outstanding.   Had an awesome experience, all the rooms included in the package were really comfortable. Best thing is that they are really flexible, we had plans of flying from Bangalore to Delhi and then by bus from Delhi to Manali and then leh. We had reached Delhi, due to some strike suddenly the road from Delhi to Manali was blocked(it was not at all possible to take that route). Within few hours our entire plan was changed and our flight to leh was booked, which helped us in not wasting our time in Delhi. This also shows the concern towards the customers. ...more

  We had a good experience with our primary contact Mr.Rishi in terms of response and hospitality. Even in the absence of this person the hospitality was great by his associates. We had good time in manali where they arranged cottage with kitchen which was home like experience. Leh ladakh trip was awesome,really awesome with north peace holidays. We got very good drivers in shimla and Leh Ladakh. We had Mr.Jeevan in shimla and in Leh Ladakh we had Mr.Stanzin. Need to tell you, Mr.Stanzin is a awesome personality, very sportive and supportive.He gave us boosting to complete our nubra valley trip with deadliest conditions of icy slippery roads near khardungla pass.   Our trip to Shimla - Manali 5 Nights & 6 Days in month of March, organized by this travel company, has been a memorable experience. They have taken care of us at all times, from the moment we arrived in Delhi until we departed, making sure everything was as we expected. Apart from being very professional at all times, and tailoring the trip for our needs and expectations, all the hotels were amazing in different ways, meeting or exceeding our expectations. The driver that the company assigned to us was very helpful at all times, driving us through all those chaotic streets and roads of Himachal and having the vehicle clean and ready at all times for us. He also was our guide when traveling between cities, making it possible for us to better know the local lifestyles. We totally recommend this agency for anyone planning to visit Himcahla in a customized trip.
