  We traveled around different parts of India with Brij Tours and we are very happy with our experience. The best parts were: 1. Mr.Bankey who planned our entire trip, accommodated our interests and desires, gave great tips. He was great at communication and very easy to reach at all times. 2. Communicating with just one company who planned everything for us, so through one portal we were able to manage the entire trip. 3. The company has good partners in almost all cities, so gets great deals at good hotels. The lower side to consider was that ome hotels didn't meet our expectations, while others exceeded. For example, 2 hotels gave us a mattress on the floor instead of an extra bed which obviously wasn't what we paid for. We were too tired to complain, so make sure you sort this out (and ask the company to sort this ahead of time). Overall, very good experience. Mr.Bankey gave us complementary cakes on our birthdays, which was really kind! ...more

  I went with my wife to Bali for our honeymoon and Harrak International gave us a full detailed program for 4 days including all activities with pricing of all tickets included. The office supplied an excellent driver called Irawin who was an expert in the streets of Bali. He took us to all key locations in Bali including local markets with reasonable prices and helped us in bargaining as well. A decent guy with all smiles and great attitude towards tourists.   Hello , we had booked Bali trip from happy holiday travel agent and it was really amaizing including direct flight and cab with drivers n guide provided for everyday . Hotel was good . The only problem that we arrived before the check out time of hotel so we had to wait for 1.5 hrs in the lobby as the room was not vacant. This coordination was lacking by travel agent and hotel . Rest everything’s was amaizing . Private pool villa I would rate it average as the water quality over there was bad .rest amnities provides good. Each and every day spent was special ..best was the scuba diving and paragliding experinace followed by sunset view of ulluwatu temple. Just amaizing !! ...more

The stay at Bali Dream villa Seminyak and Grand Mirage was brilliant and luxurious. The services provided by the guide and PACTO were indeed world class. I got private car for all my visits which was not even a part of the package. The guide was courteous and took around the whole city at times.
