  Both the trip and the travel company were spectacular. We had never traveled to Bali and weren't quite sure what to expect. From the start of planning all the way through our flight back to Lucknow, the travel planner and his team made the entire experience a delight. The service of this particular agency was the best we've had. They were available 24 hours a day by both social media and mobile phones. They were very prompt in addressing any issues or questions.   Dear Pretty Planet Team, I would like to thank you for organizing my trip to Bali. I must say it was up to the expectations. The stay at Bali Dream villa Seminyak and Grand Mirage was brilliant and luxurious. The services provided by the guide and PACTO were indeed world class.
