Banasura Dam

Banasura Dam aka Banasura Sagar Dam is an earthen dam located in Wayanad (Kerala) and is beckoned by the Western Ghats. This humongous dam stands on the tributary of the River Kabini and was constructed with the purpose of generating hydroelectricity.
