• General Ashram Hours: Typically open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM for visitors.

• Reception/Check-in: The reception office is usually open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

• Daily Schedule:

  • 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Morning Prayers (Prathana)

  • 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Morning Yoga Class

  • 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Meditation

  • Sunset (approx. 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): The world-famous Ganga Aarti, which is the highlight of the day.

• By Air: The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun), about 35 km away. From there, you can take a taxi to Rishikesh.

• By Train: The Rishikesh Railway Station is about 5-6 km away.

• Local Access:

  • By Foot: You can walk across the iconic Ram Jhula suspension bridge and walk about 1 km to reach the ashram.

  • By Boat: Local boats ferry people across the Ganga from the main town to the Swargashram side (except during monsoon).

  • By Road: You can take a taxi or auto-rickshaw directly to the ashram via the Veerbhadra Road route.

Important Guidelines

• Dress Code: Visitors must dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered) to respect the sanctity of the space.
