  We wanted to experience the Tanzania safari in a short time, this 2-day tour is perfect for that. The guide was very polite and knowledgeable, sharing a lot of information as he went on the road. The green environment of Lake Manyara and the view of the lake looked very peaceful. After coming down to Ngorongoro Crater on the second day, it was great to see different types of animals together, especially the group of elephants and lions from a distance. Accommodation, transport and everything was perfect. If you want a small but full-fledged wildlife safari, you will like this trip. ...more

  I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   We had a lovely 15-days African safari trip through Ol Pejeta (1 Night), Samburu (2 Nights), Lake Nakuru (1 Night), Masai Mara (2 Nights), Serengeti (3 Nights), Ngorongoro (1 Night), Tarangire (1 Night), Lake Manyara (1 Night) and Amboseli National Park (2 Nights). Esther- our tour organizer was very good with communication in response to our queries very promptly. Our safari drivers, Patrick in Kenya and Salu in Tanzania were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. Their warm personality and expertise made the journey not only educational but also deeply enjoyable. We opted for the luxury option and the accommodations were very good.   I have traveled a lot in my life, but what I saw at the Mara River Crossing in the Serengeti was truly a unique experience. When thousands of new wildebeest were crossing the river together, there were crocodiles nearby - the cruelty and beauty of nature were seen together. It would not have been possible to see this scene from such a close distance without the experience and accurate timing of our guide.   We went at the right time-the Mara River crossing was underway. The moment when the herd of wildebeests crossed the river, avoiding crocodiles, was like a scene from a documentary!   I didn't think it was possible to see so much in just 4 days, but Seven Wonders Safaris made it possible. Our stay in Karatu was great; the food was also very good.
