  A life-changing experience indeed! 7 Wonders Safaris was perfect in every respect on this 6-day classic camping safari. The baobab-strewn fields of Tarangire are like a dream - seeing hundreds of elephants heading towards the river in the evening felt like I was inside the documentary. I saw the famous tree-climbing lions at Lake Manyara, resting on acacia trees (our guide was the first to find out!). ). In the boundless wilderness of Serengeti, I saw cheetahs hunting, swarms of millions of wildebeest. Ngorongoro Crater was the end of the epic - rhinos, hippos and flamingos in the same volcanic bowl. Camping was comfortable (hot shower, great bush dinner) Guide Musa's knowledge and humor made it unforgettable. It's worth every penny! ...more

  This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.   I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   I went on this trip with my wife and son. It was very well planned for everyone, even if they had small children. In Serengeti, the boy was excited to see the elephant for the first time. In the evening, we shared the experience of the safari at the Shuhudia Adventure Tented Camp. On the last day, when I went down inside the Ngorongoro Crater and saw the black rhino, it seemed that the trip was complete.   It was perfect for our honeymoon. The first day was spent in Tarangire National Park under a huge herd of elephants and ancient baobab trees. In the evening, we had a specially arranged candlelit dinner, where only the sounds of nature accompanied us. The next day I entered the Serengeti and saw a herd of goons and a lion lying in the distance. In the evening, the guide took us to enjoy a romantic sundowner on top of a mountain - the moment felt like a dream in the colorful shade of the sky.   I have traveled a lot in my life, but what I saw at the Mara River Crossing in the Serengeti was truly a unique experience. When thousands of new wildebeest were crossing the river together, there were crocodiles nearby - the cruelty and beauty of nature were seen together. It would not have been possible to see this scene from such a close distance without the experience and accurate timing of our guide.
