  We arrived at the last minute and booked this tour, yet the whole trip was handled very nicely. The journey begins with the appearance of seasonal wildebeest and zebras in Tarangire. I love to see open spaces and animals. Then went to Serengeti and got a chance to see lions, cheetahs and other big cats from close, which was very enjoyable. The most unique experience was spending time with the Bushmen in the Lake Eyasi area and watching their hunting methods. Despite the last minute booking, everything was on time.   In late November 2025, four friends and I from India did the Marangu Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and it was a great experience every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our climb, we exchanged many emails with the Aardvark Expeditions sales staff. Their quick responses and thorough explanations were what persuaded us to book with them. While climbing, our guide (Gabriel and Fred) were extremely professional. They adapted their pace to ours, provided encouraging words and advice to help us acclimatise, and made sure we were safe at all times. The food that Erik and Abuu prepared was another highlight. The meals were fresh, filling and served to us with a smile. Aardvark Expeditions made our first Kili attempt feel possible, secure and fun. Highly recommended! ...more

  The Absolute Best Team on Kilimanjaro A group of 4 climbers from India, along with 3 friends from the UK, completed an arduous climb via the 7-day Machame Route with Aardvark Expeditions, and they exceeded our every expectation along the way. The first impression we had of Aardvark Expeditions (Philemon Joel) was one of speed in responding to our requests, providing clear directions, and making truthful declarations about what to expect when we booked. Booking our climb was made easy due to the assistance provided by the sales team. During the actual climb, the guiding team of Bariki and Jonathan performed exceptionally well. They were vigilant in their monitoring of climbers, supported us when altitude sickness hit, and continuously provided motivation throughout our trek on the mountain.   This 12-day private safari was a dream come true for our family. From spotting a lion in the Maasai Mara National Reserve to spotting a flock of pink flamingos in Lake Nakuru - every day was incredible. Elephant watching in the backdrop of snow capped mountains of Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park is an absolutely priceless experience. And seeing the numerous wildebeest migrations in Serengeti National Park, it seemed like we were watching the world's largest nature drama live.
