  I wanted to see a lot in a short time so I took this 5-day camping package of Seven Wonders. On the first day going to Lake Manyara, surprise - lions on trees, thousands of flamingos, monkeys and elephants all together! The next two days in the Serengeti, the kingdom of the Big Cats - the cheetah is hunting, the whole family of lions is watching, even the leopard is sitting in the tree. On the last day, the black rhino descended into the Ngorongoro Crater and saw the entire Big Five complete! I was afraid of camping but the tents were clean, the bathrooms were separate, there was a campfire at night and hot food. The guide, Samuel, is excellent, recognizing every animal.   A life-changing experience indeed! 7 Wonders Safaris was perfect in every respect on this 6-day classic camping safari. The baobab-strewn fields of Tarangire are like a dream - seeing hundreds of elephants heading towards the river in the evening felt like I was inside the documentary. I saw the famous tree-climbing lions at Lake Manyara, resting on acacia trees (our guide was the first to find out!). ). In the boundless wilderness of Serengeti, I saw cheetahs hunting, swarms of millions of wildebeest. Ngorongoro Crater was the end of the epic - rhinos, hippos and flamingos in the same volcanic bowl. Camping was comfortable (hot shower, great bush dinner) Guide Musa's knowledge and humor made it unforgettable. It's worth every penny! ...more

  I am an ardent traveller and thus I planned to visit WILDLIFE SANCTUARIES in Tanzania. On searching the net I selected Open Earth Tours for the Tour Package. The reason being the itinerary, selection of hotels and a very competitive price. The itinerary covered all the major sanctuaries Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The safari vehicle was excellent and the Tour Guide was so well versed with area that he took us to the location where the action was. We could observe Lions chasing buffalo, Cheetah chasing deer, Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Girrafe, Zebras and what not ?. The Tour manager was in constant touch with us enquiring about the Tour. The whole tour was excellently planned right from airport pick up till airport drop. Whlie Airport drop the tour manager went out of the way & took me the Mount Kilimanjaro sighting point.   I have traveled a lot in my life, but what I saw at the Mara River Crossing in the Serengeti was truly a unique experience. When thousands of new wildebeest were crossing the river together, there were crocodiles nearby - the cruelty and beauty of nature were seen together. It would not have been possible to see this scene from such a close distance without the experience and accurate timing of our guide.   On this five-day safari, our journey begins from Tarangire National Park, where the sight of a herd of elephants fills our eyes. The guide said, From June to October, thousands of wildebeest and zebra migrate through this area,- and we met the scene. The next destination is Serengeti - the vast wilderness where leopards, lions, and hyenas rule the roost. One afternoon we saw a lion hunting, which was hard to believe with our own eyes. At the end of the trip, I went to Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as I stepped into the crater, I entered a secret world of animals.   This 5-day trip was a dream come true for us. The very first day we went to Tarangire National Park, where we were surrounded by a herd of elephants! Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient, introducing each animal one by one. Serengeti was like a kingdom of heaven! We are stunned to see the migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra in front of our eyes. At sunrise, I went on a game drive and watched the cheetah hunt - it's like a dream! Finally, entering the Ngorongoro Crater felt like entering an ancient world. There we saw lions, hippos, and even a rare black rhino.
